Legal

Trademarks, logos and brand names.

Short version: they belong to the companies they identify, not to us. We show them so you can recognise who you are looking at, and every one links back to its owner.

Ownership

All company names, logos, trademarks, service marks and trade names appearing on Voice AI Bots are the property of their respective owners. We claim no ownership of, and assert no rights in, any of them.

Voice AI Bots is an independent consolidation platform. Nothing here implies affiliation with, endorsement by, sponsorship of, or any commercial relationship with the companies listed. We are not a reseller, agent or partner of any provider, we take no placement fees, and listing order cannot be bought — see our method.

Where the marks come from

Three sources, in order of authority

  1. Supplied by the company. When a company claims its profile it can provide a logo URL. That always takes precedence.
  2. Resolved from the company’s own domain. Where no logo has been supplied but we know the website, we display the icon that company publishes on its own site. We do not copy, re-host, alter or recolour it.
  3. A typographic placeholder. Where we have no domain, we render initials in a neutral tile. That is our own generated graphic, not anyone’s mark, and it is not intended to resemble one.

We deliberately do not take logos from social media posts, press coverage or screenshots. Those are second-hand copies, frequently out of date, and we would have no way to know whether the company still uses them.

Compiled profiles

Many profiles were compiled by us from public sources and have not been reviewed or confirmed by the company. Those are labelled compiled by us on every page they appear on, and carry the lowest weight in our ranking. They exist to be corrected.

Corrections and removal

No lawyers required

If you own a mark shown here and want it changed or removed, you do not need to send a formal notice. Two routes:

  • Find your profile and claim it. A person reviews every claim. Once approved the logo, the copy and the data are yours to control.
  • Or write to us and ask for the listing to be removed entirely. We will do it, and we will not ask you to justify it.

We would rather list fewer companies accurately than more companies inaccurately.
